Our History

Founded in 2023, we are a young organization deeply committed to creating a more inclusive and compassionate world, where every person regardless of their background, origin or religion, has the opportunity for a better life. We focus on providing vital support to those who need it most; our work spans from elderly care to providing for the less fortunate offering education and ensuring access to essential health Services.

We work across Lebanon through our 4 points of presence at Adma and Antelias creating a safe and supportive space for those who are a safe often forgotten.

Father Charbel Daccache

President of Hadeal, Holder of a Master's degree in Theologies of Formation for Ordained Ministries from ICP, Chancellor of the Maronite Diocese of Jounich, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Donations - Adma and Chaplain of APECL Jeune & Fraternity Youth of Mary in Lebanon. My passion is practicing all kinds of sports. Honored to serve in HADEAL and to be part of this new family dedicated to helping others.

Elias Halim Geagea

Vice President of Hadeal and Chairman of Solid Group for Contracting and Engineering with a strong background in humanitarian work through his service in the Red Cross. Currently manage the social farm of St. Charbel Annaya, founded by individual donors as head of Deir el Ahmar Solar NGA he successfully a material USAID grant for the region a showcase for Leadership and dedication to sustainable development.

Farid Nakhle Zgheib

BS degree in Business Management. Owner & GM of Nakhle zgheib & Co (Ready Mixed concrete factory), President of Zgheib Family League and member of Board of Association of Lebanese Industrials and ABPEL (Association of ready mixed Concrete Manufacturers). My priorities in life are mother, wife, children & my passion of being a successful business man.

Elissar Hamouche

Master degree in Acting and Directing married and a proud mother. Devoted volunteer to social and Christian educational and recreational activities. Currently helping elderly by drama therapy at Hadeal and other associations.

Maroun El Soueidi

Civil Engineer, married and a proud father of three and a grandfather of two. Passionate about philanthropy and deeply committed to advancing Social causes

Grace Cortas El Hawa

Doctor of pharmacy, married and devoted and proud mother of 3. Passionate to serve humanitarian causes and holds Christian values close to my heart. I am fully engaged into community services helping children and elderly in need during difficult times.
